Add support for LIVP and HEIC files

What application is using it
I am using the nextcloud web server and sometimes the nextcloud ios app

I do not find LIVP example file on internet, Maybe you can give me a link to upload the file. i provide the photos myself.

I back up my iphone one time moving all in my gallery to nextcloud server which self deloyed, I get a way to preview the photo, just install the viewer. I am so happy and sametime I can't preview this .livp and .hcim files. pls help me.
