Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 29

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When opening the list of open conversations all conversations are considered equal, e.g. there's no priority.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to define specific conversations to have a higher priority and show at the beginning of the list, e.g. company-wide support channels. I think it would be fine to do via occ only and not allow every moderator to do this.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just hope everyone correctly search for the corresponding conversations.
