Describe the bug
Getting this error message when updating Social from my apps:
Database error when running migration 1000Date20230217000001 for app social An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[2BP01]: Dependent objects still exist: 7 ERROR: cannot drop index oc_social_cache_actor_pkey because constraint oc_social_cache_actor_pkey on table oc_social_cache_actor requires it HINT: You can drop constraint oc_social_cache_actor_pkey on table oc_social_cache_actor instead.

Expected behavior
Should update properly
