[Bug]: File not found when clicking on Account or Administration Documentation

When I navigated to the help section and clicked on “Account documentation” or “Administration documentation”, I get the message “File not found”

This does not look like v27, but >= v28. Are you sure of the version?

Also, I can't reproduce this. What is the URL your browser shows when you hold over "Account documentation"?
