Describe the solution you'd like
When checking a checkbox move it to the bottom, like Google keep does.

Additional context
This is a huge blocker when trying to migrate from Google keep to more privacy enhancing alternatives. Especially, when having huge lists (200+ Entries) and marking things as "done". Not moving these "done" elements to the bottom makes such lists completely unmanageable.

I don't see anything that speaks against such a feature in that comment (including the link). Just make it optional per note?

I only have empirical data. But it comes from people, that are not in "this cosmos". They don't have a github account and its to complicated for them, to create one, just to ask for this feature or report any errors they encounter. But it prevents them from adapting other services besides "the big ones". And I find that quite understandable.
