Appointments: remove reference to 'profile page' from email

The 'request confirmation' and 'appointment confirmed' emails contain the following text:

If you wish to cancel the appointment after all, please contact your organizer by replying to this email or by visiting their profile page.

This is confusing in the following situation:

• Link is public (e.g. for sales demos on a website)
• Target audience does not know what NextCloud is / care that one uses NextCloud for appointments

Describe the solution you'd like

Possible solutions:

• Add a 'cancel appointment' link to the email, making this text unneeded
• Remove the text (it's probably obvious)
• Reference the 'profile page' only when we detected that the receiver is a NextCloud user (seems best)

The "cancel" button sounds good, but I'm wondering how this could work with calendaring. Cancelling an appointment is only possible for the ORGANIZER; but a DECLINED on the attendance could work.

I suppose the organiser is not the booking user (in this case, a guest), but the user who created the appointment (in this case, me).

Declining could work, but I can imagine the organiser expects the entire calendar event to be 'cancelled'.

I am a fan of option 3 (referencing 'profile page' only for NextCloud users).
