Since #474, user-defined files are placed at the root of the generated archive, unless there is a naming conflict with the entry point file. We should add a property to the return value of zipFunction and zipFunctions whenever that naming conflict occurs, so that Netlify Build and the CLI can show appropriate warning messages to the user.
