CN4Iran.org grew in part from this community back in the late 2000s, and led in part to China's 'Jasmine' rallies for democracy in 2011. That project is now relaunched, with a theory of change that seeks to unite Farsi- and Chinese-language democracy supporters in Canada over Twitter/X through community translations.
