Certain characters can't be typed. #599

When I attempt to type characters like $, { } and [ ] I get numbers instead. Like typing $ will print out 4.

I don't know why this is happening, but I suspect it might be with the norwegian locale, that I have on my computer, and on my keyboard.

Edit: I am on Windows 10.

When I made a build myself this bug seems to have been fixed.
