Autosave on bucket config in proposals can wipe data

Because changing presets will wipe your config if the bucket names don't match, and the site auto-saves changes, it's possible to lose your bucket config if you change bucket preset. Consider if editing buckets should be in a modal, with a save/cancel button, rather than autosaved.
