We can deprecate the following epoch config parameters:

  • num_block_producer_seats_per_shard - currently doesn't impact anything
  • num_chunk_only_producer_seats - can be removed after StatelessValidationV0 is in place
  • fisherman and hidden validator seats - with stateless validation, this is not a plan anymore

Not sure if we want to maintain minimum_validators_per_shard != 1 used only in tests, but there is some value in it.
