Service is enabled in GCP but Scout throws an warning and error mentioning service not enabled.

Describe the bug

While running a scan using scoutsuite for GCP security Audit, It throwed an error for multiple services stating that service is not enabled, but when I checked in GCP that specific service was enabled

I run the scan using a service account attached with instance I was using , which is available in GCP.
I used following CLI:
