Storybook v7 has deeper integration with Next.js, which may simplify our Storybook configuration: https://storybook.js.org/blog/integrate-nextjs-and-storybook-automatically/

I attempted to run their migration script today, but ran into an issue due to storybook-react-i18next@1.1.2 blocking usage of @storybook/addons@7.0.0-beta.1: stevensacks/storybook-react-i18next#15
