Summary

Open MCT has migrated the codebase to ESM syntax. We have done everything except package the libary as ESM because webpack doesn't support packing libraries as ESM yet.

  • Update migration section in README.MD
  • Add a quick 3.0 migration guide for vue folks
  • Add a 4.0 migration section.
  • Create something for the release notes as a notable change
