fix(napi): add back custom gc for Send Buffer

For this scenario:

pub async fn send_buffer(buffer: Buffer) -> u32 {
  tokio::task::spawn(async move { buffer.len() as u32 })
    .await
    .unwrap()
}

Buffer will be dropped in the other thread.
