Add tox-conda configurations to default plugin test matrix

As currently, conda based bundle does not allow to the installation of plugins and their dependencies from PyPI and some conda packages are outdated in comparison to PyPi version (PySide2 for example) then default test configuration should also test if the plugin works in the bundle.
