Do you have any thoughts regarding msys vs mingw package?

Not really, don't know what the decider would be... Thought I requested it here since all/most other Perl packages are here?

AFAIK there are not too many mingw apps that would require it as a runtime dependency...

...and since perl-Archive-Zip is only available in MSYS2, I guess it makes sense this lives here as well? As a bonus, it would be nice to add perl-IO-Compress-Brotli as well, but it's only optional...
