"Error: clangarm64: key "5F944B027F7FE2091985AA2EFA11531AA0AA7F57" is unknown" when using pacman command

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

Whenever i want to use pacman command (I need pacman -S --needed base-devel mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-toolchain), it says "error: clangarm64: key "5F944B027F7FE2091985AA2EFA11531AA0AA7F57" is unknown :: Import PGP key 5F944B027F7FE2091985AA2EFA11531AA0AA7F57? [Y/n]". If i choose yes, console freezes for a couple of minutes and outputs another error. If i choose no, nothing happens.

Try to run pacman-key --init; pacman-key --populate first.
