I plan to add CalculiX package (FEA program http://www.calculix.de), this program uses Intel PARDISO solver from oneAPI (MKL), it only needs mkl_rt.dll and mkl.h to compile.
OneAPI has been free for some time, is it possible to use it in msys2/mingw (add to repo)?
