Sorry to make an issue for this, but I cannot seem to find an answer on neither docs for this library, nor the underlying MMKV docs.

When using react-native-mmkv do I need to go through all of the export regulation requirements and get encryption declarations for the US and French encryption export regulations, even if I am opting out of encrypting the data I am storing? Since MMKV uses AES CFB-128 when you choose to encrypt I would imagine I would in that case, but does one have to jump through all those hoops even when opting out of using encryption?

Apple docs for context: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/reference/export-compliance-documentation-for-encryption

If someone has any information about this, it would be hugely appreciated, as reading Apple's docs and the docs of this and mmkv I am just still left wondering if I need to choose another library or not.
