Allow the download of any kind of file from the build folder which starts with the application name

This is based on a comment made by @whimboo in a different pull suggesting how to extend the manual test cases. I re-post them here, as they were too general for that pull (win builds vs. all platforms)

The extensions of the manual test cases are:

• complete.mar for all platforms
• tests.zip for all platforms
• the status file ´.txt´ for all platforms

This comment was not only about tests but the functionality to download other files beside the builds. See comment 0 for the type of files we have, which all are based on the application name, locale, and platform as prefix.

For other files like jsshell-win32.zip we have issue #129, which might be harder to implement and can build up on top of this issue.

This issue is actually not that easy. I would suggest that you try to solve the other one which I referred you to first.
