Improve sentry alerts to include more context #12

The initial PR #11 did the absolute bare minimum to send a sentry alert "Something went wrong" when the scheduled tests fail.

The sentry message doesn't need too much extra work because we have the allure report.

But it could be a little more helpful.

I'm thinking if it could point you to the CI test failure task that would be good.
