TagLibSharp Corrupting MP4\M4V files when updating Tag.Title

I've encountered an issue with TagLibSharp V2.3.0 when updating the title of an mp4\m4v file the associated atom with the rating stars is corrupted by 200 - 400 bytes of garbage. To avoid the issue I've had to V2.1.0. The issue is occuring when TagLibSharp is called by Powershell 5.1 & Poweshell Core 7.3.6 I haven't yet confirmed the issue when using one of the CLR languages like C++.

same here. using taglib sharp 2.1.0 .net standard works
