When moving to a next page in the cohort ssr list view I am not returned to the top of the page

Describe the bug
When viewing a 'new' / 'next' page scrollbar is not placed a the top of the screen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to list view ( for list with multiple pages)
2. scroll down
3. click next page button

Expected behavior
'new' / 'next' page, top of page should be shown
