Description

  • update some devDependencies
    • to reduce high alert vulnerabilities (development only)
    • to prevent peer dependency error caused by @11ty/eleventy <= @mocha/docdash
  • migrate package-lock.json to lockfileVersion: 2 (by npm v8.1.0 in this case)
  • fix webpack browser test due to a breaking change
  • docs: use npm >=v7 for contributing/maintaining

We still have a peer dependency error caused by prettier, which will be fixed in a separate PR.
