So far, the parsing of ALG is very unstable.

Also a step towards better error handling in ALG (#6, #15).

This is implemented by setting environment variables `NO_COLOR` for CTests. (Fix #93)
This commit also fixes the bug for adding two `TermOpt` objects when `vld` is `false` (related to #42).
The ALG export process is also enhanced during single RIS CE implementation (#89).
The ALG parsing stability (#15) and error handling (#6) are improved partially.
