Print table schema in DB initialization test #5248

What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Print a table schema in the DB initialization test to assess the impact of #5249 for postgres, mysql, and mssql.

How is this patch tested?

Confirm the new workflow works.

Use volumes for faster development cycle instead of copying scripts in the docker image.

We no longer need these line since we mount tests/db when running the container.
