What changes are proposed in this pull request?

This PR adds autologging for LightGBM sklearn models.

(Draft + discussion: #4296, #4885. Template: #5078)

How is this patch tested?

New examples and tests are provided.

This PR will enable autologging for LightGBM scikit-learn models via mlflow.lightgbm.autolog().
