Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, when using docker, the tensorboard logs are stored in the data/ directory. This leads to issues when tracking input data.

Describe the solution you would like

To separate the data from tensorboard logs and ease input data logging, log tensorboard files in a new directory logs/.
