Google Analytics being hardcoded into the theme is a bit of an odd historical artifact.

I'd suggest we ought to remove it, and instead include some documentation demonstrating how to use template overrides instead.

The deprecation I'd propose would be...

Seem reasonable, @mkdocs/core?

I think accepting this would close the following issues...
