Background

It would be useful to be able to easily report bugs when you find them. If the cost of reporting bugs is reduced, more users will be willing to submit bug reports. Also, a better format for reports will make it easier for maintainers to investigate bugs.

Consequently, it will help both users and developers of the tool.

Suggestions

  1. Add an issue template for bug reports.
  2. Output the message to the terminal prompting the user to report the bug using the issue template when an internal error occurs.
  3. Include debugging information in the bug report generated by step 2
