Description/Context

After #2660 is completed, and we are confident that the hubspot contact creation form is no longer needed, delete all the relevant code from the app.

Plan/Design

  • Remove the HUBSPOT_CREATE_USER_FORM_ID setting
  • Remove the authentication.pipeline.user.send_user_to_hubspot function.
