Keep Function Name if matches pattern

From readme file I understand that you can only pass the list of string for function names to create exception. I want to do this:

{
    keep_fnames: /\w+MyPattern$/
}

Can this be supported?

Not aware that this feature is implemented, might be a good feature request.
