When circle posts a user has a pending production approval for master message, set a 30 minute reminder job to check that is a) still the most recent commit and b) status is not complete send them a slack DM reminding them that it's not been deployed to prod

  • Grep out the github username
  • look up (how? key value pairs, database?) their slack id
