Missing commands to manage tokens for Prometheus metrics collection

Expected behavior

Being able to simply create a token without generating a whole Prometheus scrape configuration. Also, being able to revoke tokens.

Actual behavior

The only way to save the value of a new token in an automated way (example with Terraform) is to run mc admin prometheus generate and extract the value of bearer_token from the output. Also after doing so, there's no way to revoke tokens that were created by that command.
