It seems that MINOR bumps do not work properly.

Example

  • Last published release was a minor bump (v0.1.0)
  • New release draft should be a minor bum (v0.2.0), it does not detect the latest published release, thus it proposes v0.1.0 and the changelog is generated from v0.0.1
