Just as a suggestion, it might be helpful to indicate somehow which changes are for windows and which are for windows-sys. I see one item mentions windows-sys explicitly but I'm not sure if the other changes impact that crate. Perhaps two summaries of added/changed/removed/other for each of the crates would be clearer?

Changes to windows-sys are intentionally far less substantial and it would be great to make that clear.
