Repro on : Mac

pre-step:
1.Install extension : Azure IoT ToolKit
2.Click ‘Set IoT Hub Connection String’ ,enter an valid IoT Hub Connection String
3.Right-click the title of tree explorer ,Click "Create Edge Device" in context menu.
4.Move the "IOT HUB DEVICES" at the bottom of Side bar
5.Right-click a device in tree explorer to open menu
