VS Code not saving in oneDrive synced folder on Windows 11: (Unknown (FileSystemError): Error: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open

Type: Bug

Enable auot save. Open any local file in VS code that is stored in a OneDrive synced folder, make changes, experience the error. I have received this error working on README.md files and .ps1 files, i'm sure it happens with other extensions too.

VS Code version: Code 1.88.1 (e170252, 2024-04-10T17:41:02.734Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22621

This only appeared after the March or April VS Code update. It never happened prior to that.
