Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

image

  • VS Code Version: 1.88.1
  • OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04

I haven't installed the esbuild package (maybe tsup does it as a peer), but I haven't called or run any related commands?!
Why does it run automatically?

cross issues to evanw/esbuild and egoist/tsup and microsoft/vscode

@mikoloism can you please provide us with a description of the problem that contains steps to reproduce, what you expect to see and what you actually see.

VS Code doesn't bundle esbuild so it will not automatically start it.
