Support Editor Tabs Multiselect (Close, Move, ...)

In the Chrome web browser, you can use Ctrl/Cmd and Shift key combinations to select multiple tabs and, for instance, close them at once. They work just like for selecting files in Explorer/Finder. I almost instinctively try to use this in VS Code, only to notice that it doesn't work.
