Currently people use --install-extension hacks to get things working.
Because CLI access isn't feasible for @vscode/test-web, that repository added extensionPaths.

Is there any way we can get the same extensionPaths argument in this repository?
I can check if it's feasible this weekend.

This is available in the test CLI microsoft/vscode-test-cli#27
