I was suspecting I was having the same error because I am trying this behind a corporate firewall/proxy. I heard somewhere that some network device was unpacking the zip files for inspections and then it was rendering them corrupted. Then I downloaded the package from my personal computer, sent the zip through Telegram and downloaded it in my company laptop, finally making it work.

I was able to do a "manual install", by unzipping the archive on a different machine outside the network. Then bring the folder in on a USB.
