Repro steps:

  1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click one example to open it
  3. Scroll the cursor mouse and observe the scroll bar

Expected result(Edge, Chrome& IE):
The scroll bar should work normally

Happens in v0 as well

If PXT updates the monaco-editor dependency to a version that has microsoft/monaco-editor#1575 fixed, this issue may also be fixed

Actually this issue seems not reproducible on latest beta anymore.
