Feature Overview

Create a unit-test for SeparateSpecialRegionsInMemoryMap() in MemoryProtectionSupport.c

Solution Overview

(https://github.com/microsoft/mu_basecore/blob/release/202302/MdeModulePkg/Core/Dxe/UnitTest/MemoryProtectionUnitTestHost.inf) currently tests some MemoryProtectionSupport.c logic. The unit-test should be added to that file.
