azdev linter: 'prams' is not in the 'azdev linter' command group. See 'azdev linter --help'.

The most similar choice to 'prams' is:
        params

In Azure CLI this would say:

azdev linter: 'prams' is not a valid value for '--rule-types'. See 'azdev linter --help'.
