Bug Report

Steps

1. any screen reader running in application mode
2. Navigate to the "Carousel"
3. observe narration

Carousel

Expected Result

user should be able to understand navigation key from given component

Actual Result

it narrate aria-label which is provided on element with role="tabpanel"
but user is not aware he can use left/right arrow keys to navigate between the images
Would be good to implement instruction message which will be read only when user enter the carousel.
