Popup clinging to left border of background for trigger components close to border

Bug Report

If trigger component for a popup is too close to border of background ( left/right ), popup seems to stick to the left border owing to dynamic positioning. Position prop is above for the Popup.

Steps

For buttons too close to left/right border in a toolbar menu, popup seems to stick to left border

Expected Result

The Popup should not stick to the left border.

Actual Result

It sticks to the left border.
