Cannot set unique testRunTitle when using dotnet test for multiple projects

Describe your feature request here

What:

• $(TestProjectName) or something similar should be supported for testRunTitle property of DotNetCoreCLI@2 task.

Why:

• Now the run list is displayed as UnitTest_1, UnitTest_2, UnitTest_3, UnitTest_4, etc.
• This is too generic and dies not give clarity which project the tests belong to.
• There are many requests from users for same feature
  • Cannot set unique testRunTitle when using dotnet test for multiple projects #11346

• This limitation is leading to doing some hardcoding checks of project names and setting titles in pipeline files, making them too noisy.

When:

• There are multiple test projects in the repo.
