This should work in Unix conventions:

bundle exec metanorma sib-a4-en.adoc sib-a4-fr.adoc

Without resorting to:

bundle exec metanorma sib-a4-en.adoc
bundle exec metanorma sib-a4-fr.adoc

(e.g. https://github.com/metanorma/bipm-si-brochure/blob/master/sources/bilingual.sh)
